We are a specialty foods company dedicated to preserving traditions for food lovers who crave real food experiences. As a mid-sized, family-owned business in its third and fourth generations of leadership, we combine artisanal practices with modern capabilities to serve retailers and food service operators. Staying true to our founders’ commitment to excellence, we utilize time-honored techniques like dry curing, brining, and natural wood smoking to produce a range of proteins, including ham, bacon, ribs, brisket, turkey, and more.

While our offerings, operations, and brands have evolved, our commitment to exceptional quality has never wavered. Today, we operate multiple production facilities totaling over half a million square feet of space. This enables us to produce a diverse range of proteins and other specialty foods to meet the needs of various retail, food service, and other business customers. We have the expertise and capacity to handle large, customized orders in addition to our brands. Not to mention the ability to distribute products efficiently and back up production when needed.
